Most roof repairs are required as a result of a leak or issue with the roof. As well as conducting any roof repair as a result of any problems, we recommend proactive repairs and maintenance to prevent any future issues. Such as replacing any loose nails with screws, rust treatment, valley & flashing replacement, water flush to remove build up of moss and mould in water channels (that will cause leaks) and moss treatment.
